Overview
Comments let you attach notes directly to conversations in Coval — either to a specific message or to the conversation as a whole. They’re available in both the Deep Dive view and during Human Review, so your team can surface issues, provide context, and collaborate without leaving the platform. There are two types of comments:| Type | Scope | How to add |
|---|---|---|
| Message-level | Pinned to a specific transcript message | Select text in the message, then click the comment button |
| Conversation-level | Attached to the entire conversation | Use the comment sidebar without selecting a specific message |
